Water Damage Restoration

The extent of water damage assessment is challenging after a loss. Water damage restoration should be done by a company that has the experience and knowledge to execute this type of repair. I will personally review your insurance adjusters repair contract with you, take photographs, and evaluate the contract. From there, I will contact your insurance company’s adjuster to introduce myself and to discuss the details of the repairs needed. If we find any damage not listed on the original contract, I’ll catalog my concerns and speak with your adjuster for approval. All extra supplemental fees will be approved with the adjuster at no additional cost to you. All services rendered will be approved, and paid for, by your insurance company.

With water damage restoration, we have the experience and understanding to present the information in a manner to almost always gain approval from your adjuster. The most important service we offer to you is professional communication between you and your adjuster. We will return your property to pre-loss condition. The investigation, paperwork, and repair will be completed in a timely and professional manner. Remember, insurance adjusters don’t always see the complete extent of water damages, but are usually willing to cover fair and reasonable repairs as needed. All of our services are free to you, the insured.
