Fire damage restoration should be done by an experienced company. I will personally review your insurance adjusters repair contract with you, take photographs, and evaluate the contract. From there, I will contact your insurance company’s adjuster to introduce myself and to discuss the details of the repairs needed. We also evaluate your displacement challenges and time line. If we find any damage not listed on the original contract, I’ll catalog my concerns and speak with your adjuster for approval. All extra supplemental fees will be approved with the adjuster at no additional cost to you. All services rendered will be approved, and paid for, by your insurance company.
With fire damage restoration, attention to detail is critical. It takes an experienced eye to identify and evaluate the extent of smoke damage. The use of primers to seal smoke damage is essential. We have the experience and understanding to present the information in a manner to almost always gain approval from your adjuster. The most important service we offer you is professional communication between you and your adjuster. We will return your property to pre-loss condition. The investigation, paperwork, and repair will be completed in a timely and professional manner. Remember, insurance adjusters don’t always see the complete extent of fire damages, but are usually willing to cover fair and reasonable repairs as needed. All of our services are free to you, the insured.
NOTE: While we are extremely successful at fire damage restoration, the preceding statements are not meant to be a guarantee, or an implication of guarantee. We do our best, but ALL ADJUSTER DECISIONS are final. |
